Wedgwood Queensware square cake plate with two shaped handles, in cream with a blue embossed grapevine and ivy leaf border.
The plate measures approximately 11 inches (about 28cm) across including the handles, with a flat, slightly recessed square centre. The base carries an impressed Wedgwood backstamp, which is faint and partly worn.
Suitable for serving cakes, sandwiches or biscuits, or for display alongside other Wedgwood Queensware pieces.
Sold as a single plate.
Condition: Good
Condition Details: Overall in good, usable condition with the embossed blue grapevine relief intact and no obvious chips or cracks visible in the photos. There is some light brown staining and discolouration around the underside of the foot rim, plus minor marks and general signs of age and use. The backstamp is faint and partly worn.
