Order Processing:

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of your order being received.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  1. Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  2. Include the tags still attached
  3. Be in the original packaging
  4. Returns can only be processed via the Online Store and are not returnable in our retail stores.
  5. Please Contact us for any assistance

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Once you have arranged your return with us your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned goods.
  • We’ll either refund into the original payment method or offer you an exchange or credit note.
  • It may take up to five business days for your bank or financial institution to process the money and for it to show in your account


Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is unwanted or ordered in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Should the item arrived in damaged condition, please contact us.
