Order Processing:
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of your order being received.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Include the tags still attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Returns can only be processed via the Online Store and are not returnable in our retail stores.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Once you have arranged your return with us your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned goods.
- We’ll either refund into the original payment method or offer you an exchange or credit note.
- It may take up to five business days for your bank or financial institution to process the money and for it to show in your account
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is unwanted or ordered in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Should the item arrived in damaged condition, please contact us.
